You will be required to provide another item# for replacement of out of stock items. Please remember to quote your order number.
- All payments to be transferred to POSB SAVINGS 244-64766-9 within 48 hours from the closing date.
- Upon receiving your orders, we will provide you an e-mail confirmation with the item# and total amount you are required to transfer.
- Once you have transferred the payment, please reply together with the e-mail confirmation and provide the payment transfer details or receipt.
- You will then receive an order number. Please indicate your order number on your subject title for any correspondences.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
A) BY POSTAGE
FEES:
Normal postage: 3 pieces and below - S$0.50, subsequent S$0.50 for every 5 pieces.
Registered postage: additional $2.30 on top of normal postage.
You also need to top-up another S$0.50 (less than 3 items) and S$1.00 (more than 3 items) for bubble wrap service. This may prevent items being damaged/broken.
B) MEET-UP
FEES:
2 pieces and below - $1.50,
3 to 6 pieces - $1.00,
7 to 10 pieces - $0.50,
more than 10 pieces - Free
You may request for meet-ups. This will avoid any items received that are damaged or broken thru mail. The few meet-up location are:
- On weekends - Bugis, Bedok or Tampines
- Thurs & Fri - Bishan Junction 8 between 12pm to 2pm
- Mon to Fri - Bedok Mac Donalds after 7pm
- Mon to Fri - Woodlands/Ang Mo Kio/Sengkang MRT at 7.30pm
- Mon to Fri - Lakeside MRT at 6.45pm
Please provide us your order number when collecting your items.
However, if you are busy and it is not possible to meet, we encourage you opt for Registered postage and bubble wrap service is compulsory. Gen-Cube will not be responsible for any lost mail through normal postage and any damaged or broken items received through mail.
Please note that all items must be claimed and collected within 45 days from the date of spree# arrival. If you have opted for meet-up and not able to come, you can request us to mail you instead. Otherwise uncollected items will be disposed.
